JT Lab Terms of Service
General Information
“WEB3” LLP provides users access to a website https://jt-lab.com/ (hereafter – “Website”) where they can subscribe to trading robots developed by other users (hereinafter “Developers”) and to access other services and products.
This User Agreement (hereinafter “Agreement”) governs access to the Website and the products and services provided on the Website. Website’s products and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
“WEB3” LLP makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the website or the information, content or materials on the website.
By accepting the User Service Agreement or accessing the Website, users agree to be bound by this Agreement and any referenced policies, all of which are part of this Agreement:
Acceptance of this Agreement shall constitute the entire, complete, and binding agreement between User and JT LAB (individually “Party”, together “Parties”) with respect to the Website.
If you do not wish to be bound by this Agreement, do not create an account and/or access the Website and/or use any of the services or products contemplated by this Agreement.
You are not permitted to use the Website without accepting this Agreement.
By accepting this Agreement, you agree and confirm that:
- you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement;
- you assume all the obligations outlined in this Agreement;
- you are of sufficient legal age and capacity to use our services or products;
- you are not under the control of a jurisdiction that explicitly prohibits the use of similar services or products;
- you use the Website at your own discretion and under your own responsibility, and “WEB3” LLP cannot be held responsible for any financial losses incurred while using services or products on the Website.
USER PERSONAL ACCOUNT
To get started with the Website, you will need to sign up and create a user personal account. You can sign up with your email or your Telegram account.
You agree to provide up-to-date, accurate and complete information on your account. You agree to keep your personal account information up to date when necessary, so we can contact you if needed.
User Account is personal to you, and you must ensure that your User Account is not used by any other person.
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your User Account or from your devices in relation to the Website and your User Account, including any misuse of your User Account on the Website.
You can delete your user account at any time. Upon deletion, all your data and settings shall be permanently removed from our servers.

To delete a user account, you must
- send a deletion request to [email protected] from the same email address that user account is registered to;
- indicate in the request the reasons for deleting the account.
Deleting an account is a permanent action, and it cannot be undone. Once the request is received, the user account will be permanently deleted, along with all associated data, and there will be no possibility of recovering it.
- “WEB3” LLP may suspend or limit access to your User Account if:
- you are not eligible to use the Website or provide false information;
- you refuse to provide necessary clarifications;
- your actions harm the Website, “WEB3” LLP, or other users, or if there are suspicions of unauthorised or illegal use of your account.
REFUND POLICY
To subscribe to trading robots or to purchase any paid service or product on the Website, users must have a positive and sufficient balance in their personal user account. To top up the balance on the personal account, the user should make a deposit. The refund of the deposit is governed by this refund policy.
To request a refund, the user should send an email to [email protected].
Refund requests made more than 3 days after the deposit will not be processed.
For deposit refund, a 10% handling fee will be charged, with a minimum fee of $20.
Refunds will be issued in the same currency as the deposit. Users must provide an appropriate refund address when contacting user support service.
Refunds are only applicable to deposits made directly to “WEB3” LLP user personal accounts.
Deposits received through internal transfers from other users are not eligible for refunds.
COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTES
If you are not satisfied with the Website, you may file a complaint with “WEB3” LLP by contacting us at [email protected].
Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or in connection with the Website, this Agreement or any breach, termination or invalidity thereof shall be resolved through amicable negotiations.
All claims/complaints/statements/notices related to transactions performed by the user must be submitted in accordance with the following requirements:
- claims/complaints/statements/notices must be submitted in writing;
- claims/complaints/statements/notices must contain the following information: Surname, first name, middle name (if any), user email, date and time of the dispute, brief description of the dispute, user demands; claimed amount and justified calculation thereof (if the claim can be valued in money); circumstances that are the grounds for the claim and evidence supporting those circumstances, including reference to the clause of this Agreement that were breached in the user opinion; a list of documents and other evidence attached to the claim (complaint) authenticated by the user; other information necessary to settle the dispute;
- claims/complaints/statements/notices must be sent by the user within 3 days after the event that was the basis for submission of the relevant claim (complaint). User agrees that a delay in submission of the claim (complaint) is grounds for refusal to consider it;
- claims/complaints/statements/notices made and sent in another form will not be considered;
- claims/complaints/statements/notices must not contain: an emotional evaluation of the dispute, offensive statements addressed to the “WEB3” LLP, profanity.
To respond to a claim/complaint/statement/notice, we may request additional documents and information from the user. A claim/complaint/statement/notice will be reviewed on the basis of data provided by the user and log entries from the “WEB3” LLP server. Log entries from the “WEB3” LLP server always prevail over other evidence and proof. We assume no liability for incomplete trades and will not compensate any financial damages or moral harm suffered by the user with respect to what the user considers to be lost profit. When considering disputes, we will not take into account the user references to information from other companies and websites.
We may reject a claim/complaint/statement/notice if the terms of this section are violated.
We will revise a claim/complaint/statement /notice within 5 business days after submission.
In case of any disputes, we reserve the right to fully or partially block transactions in the User Account until the dispute is settled or until the Parties come to an interim agreement.
