Description
Smart Grid [Beginner] is a trading robot based on a grid trading strategy, designed for beginner traders. It makes the trading process easier by allowing you to adjust a few key settings for simple management. The robot automatically trades in the cryptocurrency market using a grid strategy and has several parameters that traders can change according to their needs and risk levels.
Main Parameters
isTradeAllowed
- Description: This parameter turns trading on or off. If it is set to false, the robot will not make trades, even if other conditions are met.
- Default Value: false
coins
- Description: A list of cryptocurrencies the robot will trade, written as a string with the names separated by commas.
- Default Value: 'BCH,XRP,EOS,TRX,XLM,XMR,DASH,ZEC,XTZ,ATOM,ONT,IOTA,BAT,VET,NEO,QTUM,IOST,THETA,ALGO,ZIL'
aggressionLevel
- Description: The level of aggressiveness of the strategy. It controls how often the robot will trade and the level of risk it will take. Options are: 'Very Conservative', 'Conservative', 'Balanced', 'Aggressive', 'Very Aggressive'.
- Default Value: 'Balanced'
- Effect:
- Risk and Trade Frequency: A more aggressive level increases the number of trades and the risk but can also increase potential profit. Conservative levels reduce risk and trading frequency.
- Relation to workingBalance: For higher aggression levels, it is recommended to use a smaller percentage of workingBalance for each trade to avoid too much risk.
workingBalance
- Description: The total amount of money in USD that will be used for trading.
- Default Value: 500
- Effect:
- Trade Size: This parameter sets the maximum amount the robot can use for trades. A larger balance allows for more trades or bigger trades but also increases overall risk.
symbols
- Description: A list of trading pairs used when testing the strategy.
- Default Value: 'BCH/USDT, BTC/USDT, ADA/USDT, ETH/USDT, XRP/USDT, TRX/USDT, SOL/USDT, LTC/USDT, BNB/USDT, DOGE/USDT'
- Effect:
- Testing: Used for simulation and checking how the strategy would perform with historical data. This parameter does not affect real-time trading, but it helps the trader choose the best pairs for trading.
Smart Grid [Beginner] is designed for simple and easy control of trading operations. The level of aggressiveness (aggressionLevel), selected cryptocurrencies (coins), and trading balance (workingBalance) are the main parameters that affect the strategy's risk and profit. Balancing these parameters allows the trader to adjust the robot to their goals and trading preferences.
